We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join the Recruitment Team based in Sutton. As part of the HR Operations team, you will work closely with the Recruitment Advisers, HR Administrators and HR Advisers to ensure the delivery of a high quality, professional and customer-focussed recruitment service.
Day to day the role will involve checking adverts and clarifying recruitment requirements. You will also provide recruiting managers with basic guidance on using the E-recruitment system.
Additionally you will ensure that individuals selected for appointment are contacted with offer details. You will also provide information on pre-employment checks and ensure that these checks are completed in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for keeping recruiting managers and HR colleagues up to date and informed of progress in relation to recruitment campaigns and pre-employment checks.
Ideally you will have relevant adminsitrative experience ideally gained within a busy HR department or similar.
